Sports Symphonies now available on iTunes and Stitcher!

Dear fans and strangers alike (but, let’s be honest, mostly strangers),

We are very excited to announce that Sports Symphonies is now available via iTunes and Stitcher! Justin finally got his act together and dug up those compromising photos of the companies’ CEOs configured our website’s RSS feed, and both platforms were gracious enough to help distribute our show. So mosey on down to those links below or, better yet, download both programs and subscribe to our show to get weekly sports nonesense delivered directly to your ears. Yes that’s right, we want you to subscribe twice; we’d like to pretend each click is a new listener, just like those imaginary friends we told our parents about in high middle elementary school.

Thanks for listening, and please spread the word!

Episode 16: “Ping Pong”

It’s a short podcast this week, as Justin is on the road, Owen is trapped in an oven, and Raphael is eating like it’s Christmas Eve. We begin the show this week by discussing the surprising news regarding Aaron Hernandez and precisely how fucked he is … Raphael is permitted to gloat about Chris Davis, and we speculate about whether or not he can keep up this torrid pace … Sports Symphonies welcomes its first-ever special guest, who settles for us the preeminent ping pong debate of our time … Raphael breaks down Wimbledon’s many surprising upsets, and we are disgusted by the trend of shrieking … Owen adds another chapter to his love letter about his man crush Yasiel Puig … Justin is still in first place in our fantasy baseball league and won’t let anyone forget it … We recommend beers on opposite ends of the drinking spectrum.

Episode 15: “Fantasy Bump”

We apologize for the delayed show this week, but audio problems and travel schedules forced us to post it later than usual. The show begins with Justin and Raphael recapping an incredible NBA finals and the outlook for the Heat and Spurs going forward. Then, we take a brief dip into the NFL to discuss Aaron Hernandez’s troubles off the field and whether the Patriots will be in trouble on the field. We next present our mock MLB All-Star ballots: Justin and Owen argue about who the most deserving starters are, while Raphael just votes for his entire fantasy team. Finally, Owen puts a bow on his Blackhawks winning the Stanley Cup and Raphael talks about the implications of Nadal’s first-round Wimbledon exist.
